Machine Manufacture

We manufacture a comprehensive range of Dynamic Balancing Machines, for rotors weight from 10 gms to 24,000 kg.

Our site equipment covers Stroboscopes, single and double Portable Balancing Units and Vibration Analysers.

We can also retrofit upgrade your Soft Bearing Balancing Machine with our new G10 'Machine Set' Electronics.

Shop Balancing

Our well equipped balancing shop is capable of handling rotors from 10 gms up to 3 tonnes in weight with lengths up to 8 metres with maximum diameter of 2 metres.

We also offer a 24 hours emergency service if required.

All shop work undertaken is to BS5265 Part One. Test Certificate provided as required.

Site Balancing

Experienced Engineers provide comprehensive site balancing service for air handling plant, drive systems, machinery fixtures and special purpose machines. Site visits can be integrated into a planned maintenance system.

Vibration Analysis

Qualified Engineers are available for resonance problems or bearing condition surveys. Comprehensive reports will be provided.

Fan Maintenance

Comprehensive service offered covering: bearing replacement, internal cleaning, structural repairs, pulley/belt replacement and check balance following commissioning.

Giesler Limited was founded in 1922 and since that date has established a sound reputation for the manufacture of a practical range of Dynamic Balancing Machines, which have a proven record of reliability, accurate results, coupled with low maintenance costs. We also offer a shop and site balancing service, thus we have a unique combination of being both the manufacturer and the end user, which has enabled us to utilise our experience of Dynamic Balancing to constantly improve the design of our range of machines and our equipment.
